State of WaCo Housing
In May of 2023, WCCD and a local Housing Advisory Committee completed the Kansas Department of Commerce's Housing Assessment Tool. This process gives a thorough look at the State of Housing in WaCo from a data standpoint, for the community and potential developers to best understand the current housing needs.

WCCD currently offer four Housing Incentives that include demo, vacant property sale, down-sizing, and paint assistance.
